Progression Framework
We have developed and sequenced our curriculum with content from the Geographical Association and local experts. Children progress in their learning through enquiry questions through which substantive and disciplinary knowledge is taught.
The content is aspirational in depth and we do not expect all children to retain every piece of information listed in the document below (!) - however, cumulative learning (e.g. map skills, thinking like a geographer, core concepts and vocabulary) are vital to future progress.
